The 7th annual San Joaquin Valley Olive Oil Competition (SJVOOC) is back! All commercial olive oil producers in California can now submit their extra virgin or flavored olive oil varieties NOW through Friday, March 25 at the Fresno Fairgrounds. Winners will be announced on Thursday, April 14! Awards will be given out for Best of Show, Best of the Valley – as well as Gold and Silver medal winners.

The Big Fresno Fair is pleased to announce the new Board officer positions for 2022, which are: Chuck Riojas, Board President; Terry Gonsalves, Vice President and Gary S. Chahil as Secretary/Treasurer.

The numbers are officially in for the 2021 Jr. Livestock Auction sales, which took place both Saturdays of The Big Fresno Fair! A total of 648 lots of animals went through this year’s auction and brought in a grand total of $1,169,256.93 in sales and add-ons! WOW! We are so amazed and proud of all of our hard-working 4-H, FFA and Independent exhibitors who participated in this year’s sale! 🐮🐷🐑🐐🐰🐔
