Thank You to Our 2022 Livestock Buyers for a Record-breaking Year!

Drumroll please! 🥁 The numbers are officially in for the 2022 Livestock Auction and Sales, which took place both Saturdays of The Big Fresno Fair! A total of 806 lots of animals went through this year’s auctions and brought in a grand total of $1.4 million in sales and add-ons – making 2022 a record-breaking year! WOW! We are so amazed and proud of all of our hard-working 4-H, FFA and Independent exhibitors who participated in this year’s sale! 🐮🐷🐑🐐🐰🐔

Thank you to all of our buyers who supported the sales! You have positively impacted the lives of our 4-H, FFA and Independent students by supporting their animal projects and our overall sales! You are one of the bright lights in our community! We can’t wait to beat this year’s sales record in 2023 with your help! 👏

If you’ve never been to or supported our annual Jr. Livestock Auctions, we highly encourage you to do so! Money well-spent for a great cause! 🐄💲🐑

Agriculture Building Displays – How Does It Work?

Ever wonder what it takes to put together the amazing displays in the Agriculture Building at The Big Fresno Fair? At this year’s Fair, it took 50 volunteers, four hours to change out the produce from each community display to keep the produce looking fresh for the duration of the 12-day Fair!

Check out this cool time-lapse video by our Building Superintendent, Cindy Suarez of how our volunteers were hard at work switching the produce over!

Fantasy of Lights Will Not Be Held in 2022

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you will support the many other local holiday events taking place in our Valley. We are wishing you all Happy Holidays filled with lots of time with family and friends.
