We’re excited to welcome back our partners in education for the return of the Fair Education Program, developed in conjunction with the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools and sponsored by Chevron, Meyers Water Bank & Wildlife Project, EECU and Fresno County Transportation Authority Measure C!

 

The Fair Education Program allows students kindergarten through 8th grade to visit the Fairgrounds FREE of charge in an effort to learn about the Valley’s rich agricultural heritage, as well as experience photography, painting, jam making, machinery, sewing, rock sculpting and more! The Fair Education Program dates are Thursday, October 6; Friday, October 7; Thursday, October 13 and Friday, October 14.

Last Show Added to the Table Mountain Concert Series Line-Up | Sun, October 9

We’re excited to announce that the final show has been added to the Paul Paul Theater concert line-up! Get ready for a night of dancing with Banda Cuisillos y El Coyote y su Banda Tierra Santa on Sunday, October 9 as part of the Table Mountain Concert Series presented by Modelo Especial and Toyota! Ticket prices are $85, $75, $55 and $35.

 

Tickets for our BFF Club Members only go on-sale Tuesday, August 23 at 10 a.m. until Monday, August 29 at 11:59 p.m., during which members can purchase their concert tickets before anyone else, PLUS get 50% off their Fair admission! Concert tickets and discounted admission MUST be purchased in the same transaction. Tickets will go on-sale to the general public on Tuesday, August 30 at 10 a.m. online and at the Fair Box Office located at 1121 S. Chance Ave.

Are you or someone you know a Fresno County 4.0 student? Then register for the Fair’s 11th Annual 4.0 & Above Program happening Wednesday, October 5! Qualified Fresno County 8th – 12th grade students with a 4.0 or higher GPA as of the 2022 Spring semester will have the chance to win scholarships, laptops and more! Plus, qualified 9th – 12th grade students even have the chance to win a new 2022 Toyota Corolla!

The Big Fresno Fair Job Fair is just two weeks away! Mark your calendar for the 11th Annual Job Fair on Thursday, August 25 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Commerce Building located at the Fresno Fairgrounds! The Fair is seeking individuals who can demonstrate excellent customer service in an entertaining and family-friendly environment. Available positions include:

 

  • Parking & Admission Ticket Sellers
  • Ticket Takers
  • Parking Attendants
  • Customer Service Representatives
  • Janitorial Staff
  • Maintenance
  • Horse Racing Staff (Ushers, Maintenance & Customer Service Representative)

Tune In & Tune Up This Weekend! | Saturday, August 13

Having trouble passing smog and registering your car? Then join us at the Fresno Fairgrounds for the Tune In & Tune Up event on Saturday, August 13 from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. in the Kings Canyon Lot. Valley residents can get a free emissions test. If your car fails the smog test, those eligible will receive a $500 voucher to use at a local smog shop for repairs. Gates may open as early as 6:30 a.m. Please expect a 2+ hour wait.

Big Fresno Fair Box Office Hours

We’re just 58 days until the 2022 Big Fresno Fair which means our Box Office is officially open to the public! Purchase your concert, horse racing and admission tickets in-person at our Box Office beginning Monday, August 8. Hours are Monday – Thursday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Then, Beginning September 9, the Box Office will be open Monday – Friday.
