Spring Home & Garden Show Next Month!

The Fresno Spring Home & Garden Show returns to the Fresno Fairgrounds next month! Get your tickets early for the 38th annual Spring Home & Garden Show happening Friday, March 1 through Sunday, March 3! Talk to licensed contractors, shop gourmet foods, artisans/crafters, and dine at the Outdoor Food Court with Fair food and gourmet food trucks!

 

Here are a few things to know before you go:

  • Hours are 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Purchase tickets online and receive $3 off; tickets at gate are CASH ONLY!
  • Admission is $10 for adults; $5 for seniors; children 12 and under are FREE
  • Parking is $10 in Chance and Butler Lots and $12 in Preferred Parking off South Chance Ave.

Anime Gaming Con 2024 This Weekend at the Fairgrounds!

Anime Gaming Con Fresno CA February 3 - 4, 2024

The Anime Gaming Con 2024 is heading to the Fresno Fairgrounds this weekend, February 3 and 4 from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.! Don’t miss this 2-day event with anime, gaming, tournaments, cosplayers and special guests, arcade zone plus so much more! Tickets range from $10 – $55. Children 10 and under are free (must be accompanied by an adult with ticket). Parking is $10 in the Chance Ave. parking lot.

Spa & Swim Spa Show This Weekend | January 26 – 28

Looking to spruce up your backyard? Head to the Central California Spa & Swim Spa Show NOW through Sunday, January 28 in the Industry Commerce Building at the Fresno Fairgrounds to check out the latest and greatest spas and hot tubs!

 

Hours Are:

  • NOW – 7 p.m.
  • Saturday | 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Sunday | 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Admission and parking are free! Just enter off Kings Canyon Ave. entrance.

The Big Fresno Fair Takes Home 25 Awards at This Year’s WFA Convention!

The Big Fresno Fair took home an outstanding 25 awards at the Western Fairs Association’s (WFA) 101st Annual Convention & Trade Show held in Anaheim, California January 3-6, 2024, where fair CEOs, directors, staff, delegates and fair-related professionals from roughly 125 fairs throughout the Western United States attended to celebrate the greatest accomplishments of 2023.  🎉The Big Fresno Fair walked away with 16 first-place WFA Achievement Awards and nine second-place awards.

Pegasus World Cup is This Weekend | January 27

Join us at our Satellite Wagering facility, The Starting Gate to see who will take the title during the Pegasus World Cup on Saturday, January 27! Watch and wager on the race with over $4 million in purse money! Gates open at 7:45 a.m. on Saturday. Gate time subject to change. Admission is $6 and parking is FREE.

 

Don’t forget, The Starting Gate is back at its original location off Butler Ave. between Maple and Chance Avenues.

Fresno County Historical Museum Open Every Third Saturday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Free Admission!

The Fresno County Historical Museum and The Big Fresno Fair Museum continue to open every THIRD Saturday of each month to the general public! Join us and take a tour of these award-winning museums on Saturday, January 20 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.! Admission and parking are free. Parking is available in the Chance Ave. parking lot. Audio tours will guide visitors through the Museum, as well as Museum docents.
