Fresno County Historical Museum Open This Saturday!

Looking for something to do with your dad this Father’s Day weekend? Take him to the award-winning Fresno County Historical Museum this Saturday, June 17 to learn about Fresno County’s rich history! Museum hours are 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Admission and parking are free. Parking available in the Chance Ave. parking lot. Audio tours will guide visitors through the Museum, as well as Museum docents.

Attention local vendors! Be part of our Livin’ Local Marketplace at the 2023 Big Fresno Fair and showcase your locally grown products and handcrafted items to over 600,000 Fairgoers! We’re looking for everything from food to clothing, jewelry, art and more!

The Fresno County Historical Museum Open Every Third Saturday of the Month!

Fresno County Historical Museum Open Every 3rd Saturday Starting April 15 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The Fresno County Historical Museum will now be open every third Saturday of the month starting Saturday, April 15 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.! Families are encouraged to come out and enjoy this award-winning Museum with more than 45 exhibits and countless historic artifacts and stories on Fresno County’s diverse history. Admission and parking are free. Just park on Chance Ave. and enter through the Chance gate. Audio tours will guide visitors through the Museum, as well as Museum docents.

Agriculture Building Displays – How Does It Work?

Ever wonder what it takes to put together the amazing displays in the Agriculture Building at The Big Fresno Fair? At this year’s Fair, it took 50 volunteers, four hours to change out the produce from each community display to keep the produce looking fresh for the duration of the 12-day Fair!
