This action-packed event will feature drag kings and professional wrestlers coming together for unforgettable entertainment. This is an all-ages event. Tickets start at $15.

Spring Carnival Happening May 11 – 14!

Big Fresno Fair Spring Carnival

Mark your calendars! The Spring Carnival is just around the corner! The Spring Carnival at the Fresno Fairgrounds happens Thursday, May 11 through Sunday, May 14. Gates open at 4 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 12 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Come join us for four days of your favorite carnival rides and tasty Fair food!

 

Gate entrance into the carnival is FREE! Purchase your Unlimited Carnival Ride Wristbands for $30 online or $35 onsite. Individual tickets for $1 (rides require 3-5 tickets and games 10+). Parking is $10.

Kentucky Derby May 6

The biggest race of the year is almost here! Join us at our satellite wagering facility, The Starting Gate, to watch and wager on the Kentucky Oak races beginning Friday, May 5 and on Saturday, May 6 for the Kentucky Derby! Gates open 7:15 a.m. both days – time subject to change. Note: The Starting Gate has moved back onto the second floor of the Grandstand.

 

Here are a few things to know before you go: 

 

  • Admission is $6; VIP Room is an additional $5
  • To make reservations for VIP, please call Pardini’s at (559) 253-0155
  • Parking is FREE! Just enter through Gate 2 off Chance Ave. and park in front of Grandstand or in the Chance parking lot

All residents are invited to come to the Fresno Fairgrounds on Saturday, April 22 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Table Mountain Rancheria Park for this FREE event. Learn about recycling and keeping the community clean, meet and learn about zoo animals, check out the giant vehicles that keep our county clean and safe, meet Woodsie, Smokey Bear and Parker and of course, enjoy food, bounce houses, free raffles and other great prizes!

Fresno County Historical Museum Open Every 3rd Saturday Starting April 15 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The Fresno County Historical Museum will now be open every third Saturday of the month starting Saturday, April 15 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.! Families are encouraged to come out and enjoy this award-winning Museum with more than 45 exhibits and countless historic artifacts and stories on Fresno County’s diverse history. Admission and parking are free. Just park on Chance Ave. and enter through the Chance gate. Audio tours will guide visitors through the Museum, as well as Museum docents.

Fresno County 4-H Fashion Revue This Weekend | Saturday, April 15

Fresno County 4-H Fashion Revue

Join the Fresno County 4-H community for the Central Valley 4-H Fashion Revue on Saturday, April 15 in the Table Mountain Rancheria Park at the Fresno Fairgrounds! Judging will take place at 1:30 p.m. and the fashion show at 3:00 p.m. Cheer on 4-H students as they compete in categories of traditional, costume challenge, quilts and more! This event is free to spectate. Parking is free. The 4-H Fashion Revue is a great opportunity for youth ages, 5-18 to meet peers and advisors interested in joining a 4-H Program.
