Bring the whole family out for a fun-filled dinosaur adventure to learn about dinosaurs from different eras, dig for fossils, enjoy fun activities and so much more! Here’s the details:

  • Saturday hours are 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Sunday hours are 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Adult admission (ages 13+) is $25
  • Child admission (ages 2 – 12) is $25
  • Child VIP admission is $28
  • Kids 2 and under are free

Circus Alegria at the Fresno Fairgrounds | January 12 – 22

The dinosaurs have arrived to Fresno! Gather your family and head on over to the Fresno Fairgrounds for Circus Alegria, beginning Thursday, January 12 through Sunday, January 22 in the Butler Parking Lot. Tickets range from $35 – $40 and can be purchased online or at their Box Office located at Mosqueda Park (Southeast Corner of Maple & Butler). Receive $5 off when you show this post at their Box Office when purchasing tickets! Below are showtimes:

 

  • Weekdays | 7:30 p.m.

Fresno County Historical Museum Open to Public This Saturday | January 7

Learn more about the rich history of Fresno County by visiting the Fresno County Historical Museum during their special hours on Saturday, January 7 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Fresno Fairgrounds. This award-winning museum provides a place for visitors to learn about historic events and places, cultures and contributions and more. Admission is free; donations are welcome! Parking is free for museum visitors in the Chance Ave. parking lot.

The Hmong Cultural New Year Celebration is happening now through Sunday, January 1 from 9 a.m. –  5 p.m. at the Fresno Fairgrounds!

The Fresno County Historical Museum will be open for two special days on Saturday, December 17 and Saturday, January 7 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Visit this award-winning museum and learn about Fresno County’s rich history and cultures with incredible artifacts and photos! Admission is free but donations are welcome!

Hmongstory Legacy Project at the Fresno Fairgrounds | December 17 – January 1

Hmong Legacy Project - Vinai: The Hmong Refugee Experience

Learn the history of Hmong heritage by visiting the “Vinai, the Hmong Refugee Experience” in the Commerce Building at the Fresno Fairgrounds from Saturday, December 17 through Sunday, January 1 (closed December 24 & 25). This immersive and transformative exhibit will display photographs, stories, fine art and artifacts of the journey and experience of the Hmong in refugee camps throughout Thailand beginning in 1975 after the fall of Laos. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Exhibit and parking are FREE to the public – just park in the Chance Ave. parking lot.

Fantasy of Lights Will Not Be Held in 2022

Thank you all for your support and interest in the Fair’s popular Fantasy of Lights event. Unfortunately, due to a variety of factors, this magical holiday event will not be held in 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you will support the many other local holiday events taking place in our Valley. We are wishing you all Happy Holidays filled with lots of time with family and friends.

Bridal Expo Happening Sunday, November 20

On Sunday, November 20 is the California Bridal & Wedding Expo from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. in the Agriculture Building at the Fresno Fairgrounds! Talk to amazing wedding professionals to help prepare you for the perfect wedding day. Plus, don’t miss the bridal fashion shows and live DJ demos, plus prizes and giveaways! Admission is free with online registration or $10 at the door.
