We’re just one month out from ROUND 2 of The Big Fresno Fair’s popular Drive-Thru Eats! The Fair is bringing all your favorite Fair foods to its “Drive-Thru Eats: Spring Edition”! This fun-filled food event is drive-thru only and FREE to attend. Drive-Thru Eats: Spring Edition will take place Wednesday, April 14 through Sunday, April 18 from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. daily. Enjoy five days of Fair food from 15 different Fair food booths plus novelty stands! Face coverings/masks are required for persons ordering/receiving food. Want to get your Fair food fix quicker? Skip the line with a $30 “Fast Pass” available for purchase online or at gate!

The Big Fresno Fair is always a great first date choice and what better way to remember your first date than with a photo in the famous black and white photo booths!?

Meet Larry and Margaret Strauss. They went on their first date to The Big Fresno Fair in 1965 and haven’t missed a year since. Every year, they’d take a picture in the photo booth capturing a moment in time of their life together, but this year had to be a little different.

To keep their beautiful tradition going, Margaret and Larry’s daughter Jennifer Cardillo, took them to Drive-Thru Eats where she revealed her second surprise, a scheduled photo booth session with a company in Fresno so they could continue to add to their collection of memories together! The Big Fresno Fair is more than an annual event; it is part of people’s lives, their traditions and memories. Thank you for sharing your story with us Larry & Margaret Strauss. We hope we get to memorialize your 56th year together next year too!

We are so THANKFUL for everyone who came out to support the first-ever Big Fresno Fair’s Drive-Thru Eats presented by Toyota! We hope you all enjoyed the 10-days of Fair food, entertainment and live music, all in a healthy and safe way. In 10 days a total of 25,708 cars came out to the Fresno Fairgrounds to indulge in all of their favorite Fair foods!

 

All of the smiling faces of our community have filled all of our hearts because that is the reason we do what we do. You, our community and your love of the Fair drove us to find a way to hold this event amid an international health pandemic that had shut down fairs across the US. We feel grateful to have put on a healthy, safe and fun event for all to enjoy!

 

Be sure to mark your calendars for the 2021 Big Fresno Fair, October – 17! Until then, remember to Wash Up, Mask Up and Back Up and to Stay Healthy, Happy & Hopeful.

It’s the last day of The Big Fresno Fair’s Drive-Thru Eats presented by Toyota! Remember, it’s FREE to attend! Weekend hours are 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Cinnamon Rolls open early at 9 a.m.!
