Fresno County Historical Museum Open Every Third Saturday of the Month

Looking for some fun Saturday plans? Head to the Fresno Fairgrounds on Saturday, February 17 to check out our two award-winning museums, the Fresno County Historical Museum and The Big Fresno Fair Museum! Hours are 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Admission and parking are free! Take a tour and learn about Fresno County’s rich history and some fun Fair history! Museum docents will also be available for questions.

Fresno Tattoo Expo Returns to Fresno Fairgrounds | February 24 & 25

20th annual Fresno Tattoo Expo

The 20th Annual Fresno Tattoo Expo returns to the Fresno Fairgrounds on Saturday, February 24 from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Sunday, February 25 from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.! Come and check out over 200 of the nation’s top tattooers, live music, vendors, tasty food and more! Tickets are $20 each day and can be purchased at the door. Kids 12 and under are free! Parking is $10 in the Chance Ave. and Carnival parking lots.

Sun Maid Kennel Club of Fresno 2024 dog Show February 16 - 18 Fresno Farigrounds

The Sun Maid Kennel Club of Fresno Dog Show returns to the Fresno Fairgrounds on Friday, February 16 through Sunday, February 18 from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. each day! The Dog Show will feature over 1,500 entries, along with special programs for kids to participate in, silent auction, raffles, vet health clinics plus so much more! Plus, don’t miss the Mardi Gras Dog Parade happening Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.! This event is FREE to attend. Parking is $10 in the Chance Ave. parking lot.

Auto Cross This Weekend at the Fresno Fairgrounds! | February 10 & 11

Fresno SCCA Chapter

The Sports Car Club of America, Fresno Chapter returns for yet another action-packed weekend of autocross racing at the Fresno Fairgrounds (Carnival Lot) Saturday, February 10 and Sunday, February 11 from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Drive your car at the limit and compete safely with SCCA time trials! This event is FREE to spectate.

Quinceañeras Expo This Month at the Fresno Fairgrounds | February 25

Don’t miss the biggest Quinceañeras Expo in the Central Valley happening Sunday, February 25 from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. at the Fresno Fairgrounds’ Industry Commerce Building. Talk to over 300 vendors and professionals to make your party one to remember. Admission is $13 (plus fees). Parking is $10 in the Chance Ave parking lot and Carnival Lot off Kings Canyon Ave.

In Memory of Toby Keith | July 8, 1961 – February 5, 2024

Toby Keith - July 8, 1961 - February 5, 2024

We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of country music singer-songwriter, Toby Keith. We are so fortunate to have had him grace our Paul Paul Theater Stage in 1995, 1997 and 1998 at The Big Fresno Fair. Toby Keith was known for his top hits such as “Should’ve Been a Cowboy”, “As Good As I Once Was”, “Beer For My Horses” and “Red Solo Cup” amongst others.  

 

Toby Keith passed away Monday after battling stomach cancer. He was 62 years old.

If you’re into antique items and memorabilia, then the Central Valley Estates & Auctions is the place to be! Head to the Fresno Fairgrounds’ Commerce Building on Saturday, February 10 for this one-of-a-kind special event that will feature a collection of Indigenous American items, Mafia memorabilia, fine art pieces, sports collectibles and lots more. Preview starts at 8 a.m. and the auction begins at 10 a.m. Admission and parking in the Chance Ave. parking lot are free.
