Don’t Miss the Jr. Livestock Auction Today!

Support your local 4-H, FFA and Independent students at the first round of the Jr. Livestock Auction today, October 5! Starting at 10 a.m., the auction will be held for 4-H and FFA students selling market goats, dairy replacement does and rabbits. Following that is the NEW Ag Mechanics “Trash to Treasures” Auction at 2 p.m. The night sale will also take place at 6:30 p.m. tonight featuring Dairy Prospect and Dairy Replacement Heifers. These events provide Fairgoers the opportunity to come out and show their support for these dedicated students.

This annual competition is the culmination of a year’s worth of work for agriculture students who select, purchase, feed and groom livestock to be judged, graded and sold at the Fair. This money allows them to continue their projects and save for college! Don’t miss out on this opportunity to see the agricultural industry’s next generation of men and women and their projects in action at the 2019 Jr. Livestock Auction at the Big Fresno Fair!

As a reminder, the Youth Admission Policy requires all minors under the age of 18 to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (age 21+) in order to be admitted into the Fair after 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
